What size should I order?

We recommend following the size guide and using the measurements to find your best fit. If you prefer a fitted look we recommend matching your measurements to the recommend size, but if you prefer an relaxed/oversize look we'd recommend one size up.

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy: You have 14 days from receipt of your item to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Contact us at info@saiwoclothing.com to start the return process.

Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Exceptions: Personalised items cannot be returned.

Exchanges: For size or colour exchanges, initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period: EU customers can cancel or return orders within 14 days of receipt.
